Having the best Canon digital cameras and equipment means we can output your images in black and white, sepia or full colour. Your contemporary wedding photographs printed by a professional lab and if you choose a complete wedding package, presented to you in a beautiful, bespoke wedding album. Leather albums are supplied by Europe’s top album manufacturers such as Spicer Hallfield, Mario Acerboni and Graphistudio.
Camera Art also have their own in-house design team that can carry our digital enhancements and image manipulations to turn ordinary photographs into exquisite works of contemporary art. Our A4 and A3 sized wedding albums can contain multiple image pages which once again are designed in house to bring your wedding day back to life.
Many couples think that because of our experience and award winning quality we are going to be expensive. This is far from true. About us:
We have over 20 years experience in professional
wedding photography. What this means to the bride and groom is that you get
the images you want without too much intrusion into your day. Unlike some
so-called professional photographers, we do not wander around taking 100's
of "snaps" and calling it modern, reportage photography. We are sure that
your many guests will provide all the snaps you can handle. Or aim is to
provide you with professional photographs taken in either of the
traditional, reportage or journalistic styles. Most of our couples choose to
mix the styles with a 30% traditional, 70% journalistic split being the most
popular.
Also, unlike the weekend wedding photographers we are fully qualified
members of the Master Photographers Association. To be a member a panel of
recent work has to be submitted and judged by highly qualified and respected
board members. Members must also carry insurance to protect you, our
customers. Not just public liability, but professional indemnity insurance
which would protect you if all the images from your wedding were stolen, for
instance. Please dont be taken in by fraudsters, ask to see their
professional membership card and their insurance certificates. Its too late
once your photographs and memories are all lost.

To check how professional a photographer is, check the contact page of their
website, then check the contact address. Make sure its a studio and not a
home address. Next check the phone number is it a mobile, or a landline? If
unsure ring and do they answer using the business name or just say hello?
Quality of photographic equipment is important too. Camera Art will photograph your wedding using the latest digital cameras from Canon. But it doesn't stop there, every wedding we attend will have at least two cameras available, a variety of lenses and two flash guns. Overkill? Not if one camera fails. What we are trying to say is that your day is a once in a lifetime event and we want it to be right. Rest assured we will be professional throughout.
Being digital gives you the flexibility to choose how you want your images presented. You can choose from full vibrant colour, classic black and white, old fashioned sepia, or the very modern spot colour (eg. Where the wedding party is in black & white and the bouquets are in colour). Your proofs, which can be viewed on CD or as a hard copy print are normally ready within 5 working days. We can also provide additional proof CD's should you require these for family and friends who live further away. When you have chosen your images and how you want them laid out in your album, we send them off to be printed. Again, no expense is spared here. No inkjet prints that fade in 10 years. All prints are processed by a professional lab and print turnround times are normally 5 working days but can be as quick as next day! All images are kept on harddrives and backup onto CD's or DVD's so you, your family and friends can order reprints many years into the future.
We also have a studio in Middlesbrough, something weekenders will not have. Here you can come and chat at your leisure, you might even get a cuppa! Have a relaxing browse through the wide range of albums on display including those from Spicer Hallfield, Mario Acerboni and Graphistudio. It is here or during our free consultation in your home that you can find out the latest offers and extras we are running. For instance new for 2007 we have exclusive use of a state of the art event processing lab. This is a trailer fitted out with networked computers and several photolab printers. At your wedding you and your guests can visit the mobile lab, browse images from the day on one of the 4 large screen displays then order and receive a mounted print that very same day. Well.....you should be thinking that!.. but the truth is that our aim is to offer couples top quality wedding images at reasonable prices. And now your thinking...Hmmmm "reasonable prices". Well, our packages; should you not want a tailor made service, start at only £395! So what are you waiting for this could be the best pound you have ever spent! (ex P&P).
Some couples have also asked if it is possible to set up a monthly direct debit to spread the cost so they are not faced with a large payment close to the wedding day. You can pay this way, or we can also take payment by credit or debit card. Were so flexible we even take cash and American Express!
Camera art are based in the North East UK and usually cover from Edinburgh down to Leeds, but we can and do travel the length of the country and even Internationally. Especially experienced in Las Vegas, Luxor, MGM, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and Caesars Palace. The first 50 miles of travel is included in the pricing, (from TS1 1SA) above this we charge a reasonable rate of 40p per mile.
If you are happy with our services a £100 deposit secures the date in our diary. You WILL receive a full receipt and a wedding services contract when funds have cleared.
